What should I do if my name or other information appears
incorrect?
If
the information that is displaying on screen appears incorrect, please contact registrations.city@tudublin.ie and we'll be happy to update it for you, subject to the
necessary verifications.
Please note that in relation to your name, this will be the name that will appear on your graduation parchment and any other TU Dublin - City Campus correspondence.
My Nationality is incorrect, can I change it?
All details are as per application provided to TU Dublin. These are the details
you would have given when you applied for your TU Dublin - City Campus place. If you require
us to update your nationality on our management information system which holds
your personal details, please submit a scanned copy of the photograph page of
your current passport to registrations.city@tudublin.ie
and we can make the change.
Can I update / enter my own personal information online?
If
any of the information we require is missing from our records, you will be able
to add this using the Online Web Registration facility. However, if you have
already given this information and it is incorrect you should contact registrations.city@tudublin.ie with details.
What should I do If I wish to not disclose my gender or change how it is currently recorded?
If you wish to amend the gender currently recorded, or wish not to disclose your gender, please revise using the drop down options available.
Why can't I
leave some information blank?
It is mandatory that we collect your date of birth, nationality and PPS number for the purpose of Higher Education Authority (HEA) student statistical returns. Please see the HEA website for further information.
What is my PPS Number?
Your
PPS number is your Personal Public Services Number (formerly PRSI number), a
unique reference number assigned by the Irish Revenue Commissioners.
Where do I get my PPS Number?
PPS
numbers are printed on the following documents:
o Social Services Card
If
you do not know your PPS number, contact your local Social Welfare Office.
I am domiciled outside of the Republic of Ireland and do not have a pps number, what should I do?
If you are domiciled outside of the Republic of Ireland and do not hold a pps number, you are not required to enter a pps number. Simply tick the checkbox on registration screen called "TU Dublin - City Campus Online - Personal Details" before proceeding.
